Four Pillers to the path of Nivana

There are four pillars to the path of Nivana.
It is call four Vi_sod_dhi's in pali, namely: Sila, Sitta, Dheik_hti, Wisi_keit_sa

  1. Sila: purification of mind and freedom from bodily cravings while living in harmony with the surrounding.
  2. Sitta: state of keeping the mind, tied up, and slaved to stay at a certain object of concentration (40 kinds of objects - kamahtan in parli)
  3. dheik_hti: understand the impermanence of oneself. knowing what is in reality and what is not!
  4. wisi_keit_sa: no confusion at all on the causes and effects of the past, present and future, or on the truth about the DHAMMA.

Notes -
Nivana: Absolute peacefulness
The above mentioned words are my own writings and translations from my understanding as a Burmese Buddhist. If there is any misunderstanding or inappropriateness, it is to put the blame on me only.
